Forest School
Our wonderful forest school is a great facility and asset to our curriculum, to bring empowerment, creativity and a love of the outdoors for all our children. From September 2024, our sessions will be on Mondays, fortnightly and delivered by a fully qualified Forest School Leader from Freedom Forest School.

Swimming
All of our children in Year 3 attend swimming lessons at a local leisure centre every week in the summer term. We work closely with the instructors there to help support our pupils to become confident and competent swimmers. By the end of Year 6, we aim for our pupils to be able to:
•Swim competently, confidently and proficiently over a distance of at least 25m
•Use a range of strokes effectively
•Perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations
